3-Day PPC Training Course

This course is designed to take a student through an intensive PPC training program that involves 12-15 hours of classroom and a minimum of 3 hours of solo flight time.  We sincerely believe that after the 3-days of training, you will have more information and clarification of PPC flight, then the average BFI.  This class will safely put you in the front seat of a powered parachute as a  'PIC' Pilot-In-Command, prepare your for emergency situations and give you the information needed to help others fly the same safe way.

Not only will the class cover FAR part 103, 2-Seat Exemptions, the basic mechanics of a PPC, and flight characteristics.  But it will also cover the theories behind wing layouts, chute rigging & repairs, emergency procedures, tips & techniques to building and maintaining a PPC, and - well, instead of me just going on, please review the syllabus below for more details - and as a note to other Instructors: You may certainly take and use the outline and steps contained in the syllabus.  Please remember that all steps must go in sequence; i.e., a Flight Training step cannot begin until the preceding associated Ground school has been completed!

And as we hope to standardize the training techniques and practices of the student PPC pilot, we ask only that you give credit were credit is due, and that you please analyze, critique and make recommendations to us for improved training techniques - Thanks you.
